The Moo Sul Kwan Black Belt Symposium began in 1995, and was designed to be an expo-like weekend devoted solely to the training of our upper belts and instructors.
Over the years, the MSK Black Belt Symposium has taken place at wonderful places like The Vintage, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Colorado Springs, Snow Mountain Ranch, and others.
Symposium participants strengthen the Moo Sul Kwan techniques and strategies with hard work and top focus throughout the weekend. Development of CTI teaching and leading concepts also takes place. In addition to the many excellent classes there are special Symposium events for everyone.
Each year Grandmaster Sautel takes a group to the AMASEA National Convention. The Convention is held at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This is the home of Moo Sul Kwan founder Great Grandmaster Lee H. Park and the birthplace of Moo Sul Kwan in the United States.
The AMASEA National Convention is three days of training with black belts and other belts, from across the country. It was a trip to remember! Besides the AMASEA National Convention, we visited the City Museum of St. Louis, explored Cape Girardeau County and much more!
